Seeking Tier 2 Cloud Technicians to join Managed Services Help Desk!
The Service Delivery Technician will provide end user Managed Services and Help Desk support for daily operations of the Services organization ensuring success of Champion Solutions Group’s growing portfolio of services. The Service Delivery Technician will assist with Managed Services remote monitoring and management (RMM) toolsets, ticketing systems, and will ensure all tools are online and functioning. This position will include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting with client on-boarding, reporting, back-office administration, pre and post sales support, and off-boarding.
- Utilizing our remote monitoring and management toolsets, ensures alerts and tickets are handled according to the operational procedures and practices set forth by the department.
- Ensuring communication with clients and helps drives the overall end-to-end resolution of incidents.
The Service Delivery Technician reports to the Service Delivery Manager and provides daily, weekly, and monthly updates on the operations of our clients. This position involves interfacing with clients through electronic means as well as participating in meetings.
Must be willing to work first, second, or third shift depending on need.
